Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, test, and monitor key controls to ensure their effectiveness in mitigating operational risk.
  • Work with a geographically dispersed team to perform control monitoring and testing.
  • Identify and implement remedial actions to address control deficiencies and perform root cause analysis.
  • Provide governance and oversight over client controls to ensure their alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify best practices in controls and implement business control enhancements to improve operational risk management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience in internal operation audit or equivalent experience with controls is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and results.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to exchange complex information with stakeholders.
