Job Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Social Interest Group (SIG). The successful candidate will lead our clinical team and be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex forensic mental health needs.

The role involves working across different sites, providing flexible scheduling based on service needs. You will have the opportunity to engage with various services and residents in need of support.

As a member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for referral, assessment, and care planning, as well as risk assessment, formulation, and management. You will also provide clinical supervision and training to staff members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the clinical team and ensure high-quality care is delivered
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to staff members
  • Assess and manage risks associated with forensic mental health patients

**Requirements:**

  • Post-graduate doctoral level training in Applied Psychology
  • HCPC registration as an applied Psychologist
  • Previous experience working as a qualified forensic psychologist
  • Ability to teach, train, consult, and deliver clinical supervision
