Assistant Manager Opportunity at The Inn Collection Group

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Swan Inn, a multi-award-winning pub with rooms in the heart of Grasmere village.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the daily running of the inn, including managing a team of staff, liaising with chefs, hotel management, and suppliers, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve company standards
  • Liaise with chefs, hotel management, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations
  • Support the General Manager in daily duties and running of the inn
  • Stocktake and order
  • Deal with accounts management
