Assistant Manager Opportunity at The Inn Collection Group

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Swan Inn, a multi-award-winning pub with rooms in the heart of Grasmere village.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the daily running of the inn, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the daily operation of the inn, including managing staff, stock, and accounts.
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve company standards.
  • Liaise with chefs, hotel management, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage daily and weekly administrative tasks, including stocktakes and ordering.
  • Deal with accounts management and ensure accurate financial reporting.
