Deloitte LLP: International Travel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Travel Operations Manager to join our team in London, UK. As a key member of our Global Mobility team, you will play a critical part in analysing our existing short-term business travel processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing and implementing a streamlined and efficient process for our employees.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders across different business areas to understand their needs and pain points related to business travel. You will also develop and recommend an improved, optimised end-to-end process for short-term business travel, incorporating industry best practices and leveraging technology solutions where appropriate.

Requirements
  • Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
  • A proven track record of project management delivery and implementing sustainable change within short timeframes in highly matrixed and ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A deep understanding of international compliance requirements, including tax, social security, posted worker directives, and certificates of coverage
