PRS LTD is seeking a highly experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead our team in managing multiple M&E installation, refurbishment, and building projects across a large-scale estate in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering Fit-Out & MEP Projects to an extremely high standard, excellent time management skills, and the ability to drive the project programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of each project, ensuring that it is successfully handed over and closed out in a professional manner to the highest standards. This includes identifying, managing, and escalating risks where necessary, contributing to and managing against the sequence of works for the project programme, driving the project programme, and preparing and presenting regular progress reports.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum, depending on experience level. Benefits include 40 hours per week, car or car allowance (approximately £3,500-£5,000), EV car scheme, 25 days' holiday plus statutory holidays, company pension, health options, and ownership trust scheme.
