Job Summary:

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their client's busy finance team in Christchurch, Dorset. This temporary position offers an excellent hourly rate and the potential for a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the purchase ledger, ensuring it is ready for payment runs.
  • Accounts administration and data entry to a high standard.
  • Dealing with complex invoices, investigating and resolving any queries.
  • Assisting a small purchase ledger team with month-end processes.

Requirements:

  • Confidence with purchase ledger processes.
  • Studying AAT or a similar accounting qualification.
  • Adept at using accountancy systems and an intermediate Excel user.
  • Ability to start a new role straight away.
