Job Title: Senior Pension Scheme Auditor, Flexible Working

Our client is an industry-leading provider of Structural Insurance with an international presence and a respected brand. They are an award-winning company and are always looking for talented professionals to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carrying out comprehensive Site Audits, working closely with Developers and Builders to ensure workmanship and materials are in accordance with the Technical Manual and Building Regulations with initial assessment via a Desk Top review.
  2. Providing technical support and investigation/analysis to internal departments relating to issues raised by Homeowners in the first two years of their Warranty and inspecting sites to determine the defect and compliance with technical standards.
  3. Providing succinct, accurate advice and reports to the claims department on the technical cause of claims by reviewing third-party reports or attending sites to draw technical conclusions.
  4. Effectively self-managing by forward planning own workload to provide a responsive, helpful, and professional service whilst maximizing time spent on site.
  5. Recording Audit details on the database and communicating comments to customers.
  6. Supporting Key National and Regional teams with Technical Audits when requested.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Building Regulations, associated legislation, and construction standards.
  2. Ability to undertake site audits to assess both quality and standards of all aspects of a Site Quality Review.
  3. Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  4. Commercial awareness and ability to work as part of a team.
  5. Demonstrable understanding of what an Audit entails.
  6. Flexible in personal approach.
  7. Working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  8. Proficient in English communications (written and oral).
