This role is a key part of our customer experience team, working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport with customers, listen to their needs, and pass them on to the relevant team member.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring their visit is professional and positive.
  • Offer refreshments and encourage customers to browse the showroom, working closely with marketing standards to maintain a high-quality environment.
