About PSP Association

PSPA is the only UK charity providing support and information to people living with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD). These rapidly progressing neurological conditions are caused by the premature loss of nerve cells in certain parts of the brain, and like many other chronic conditions, there is currently no cure. However, many of the symptoms can be managed, and our mission is to provide everyone affected with PSP & CBD with information and support to enable them to lead the best possible life they can.

We are now looking for a Fundraising Coordinator to join our team, working 35 hours per week. Reduced hours or job-shares will be considered.

The Role

As a Fundraising Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and driving growth in key areas of our fundraising. Focusing on community fundraising, challenge events, and corporate fundraising, you will steward and support fundraisers, groups, and companies, helping them achieve their fundraising goals and building strong relationships. You will also assist in the development of new income streams and coordinate community events such as the Walk for Hope.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing fundraising administration, including maintaining accurate records in our CRM
- Responding to enquiries and offering first-class support to our fundraisers
- Assisting with event logistics for key challenge events such as the London Marathon
- Promoting fundraising initiatives through collaboration with our Communications Team

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- The ability to collate financial information
