About The Role

We're looking for a skilled Activities Programme Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care home staff, you'll be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that delight our residents.

Your primary focus will be on developing and delivering activity programmes that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents. This will involve working closely with the Home Manager to organise fundraising events and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of services.

As a successful candidate, you'll have a background working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes. You'll possess excellent planning, organisational, and IT skills, with the ability to manage your time effectively. Your positive energy, natural ability to connect with people, and considerate approach will make you an excellent fit for this role.

At our care home, we prioritise safeguarding and ensure that all colleagues receive the necessary training and support. You'll be required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role and undertake additional training in associated areas. Your ability to seek advice and report concerns will be invaluable in maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
