About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing activities that bring joy and stimulation to our residents.

As a key member of our care home team, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver activity programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. Your primary focus will be on creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters social interaction, engagement, and a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver activity programmes that promote social interaction, engagement, and a sense of community among residents.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to organise fundraising events and other activities that support the care home's goals and objectives.
  • Provide support and guidance to residents to help them participate in activities and engage with their peers.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive culture within the care home.
