A trusted support assistant is needed to help a disabled woman in the UK with daily tasks and community activities.

About the Position
  • Cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and healthy home environment
  • Preparing meals and snacks to promote healthy eating habits and wellbeing
  • Providing social support and companionship to enhance the individual's quality of life
  • Assisting with personal care and mobility to maintain independence
  • Transporting children to school safely and on time

This role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the individual's changing needs.

Essential Requirements
  1. Reliable and efficient time-management skills
  2. Confidence in supporting individuals with disabilities
  3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times
  5. Respect for dignity and independence of every individual
  6. Driving license and own transport required for daily commute
  7. Non-smoker preference for a healthy environment
  8. Friendly attitude towards children and pets

The successful candidate will undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide professional references.

Working Hours and Pay

18 hours per week, flexible between Monday to Friday, with rota-agreed schedules. The successful candidate will receive £11.88 per hour, plus mileage arrangement to be agreed upon.
