Carer and Companion

We are looking for a caring and compassionate professional to join our team as a Carer and Companion. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting individuals with learning difficulties and epilepsy, and be able to provide high-quality care and companionship.
The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and participating in community-based activities, administering medication, and maintaining accurate records. They will also assist with daily routines, including getting the individual up, into a bath, dressed, having breakfast, and starting laundry.
A typical day involves engaging in activities such as walking, cycling, bowling, cinema trips, or picnics. Evening meals are enjoyed as a family, followed by a bath and handover.

- Record keeping
Salary and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate (£15-20 per hour) + benefits package including flexible working hours, paid annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
