Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Take ownership of resolving complex customer issues, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development, providing recommendations for change and coaching colleagues to achieve excellence.
  • Develop and implement robust customer care procedures to mitigate risks and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Purpose of the role: Provide exceptional customer service while resolving more complex customer needs/requests.

Accountabilities

  • Provision of customer service through various communication channels.
  • Execution of customer service requirements to resolve more complex specific customer needs.
  • Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate customer care processes.
  • Identification of areas for improvement to provide recommendations for change in customer care processes.
  • Development and implementation of customer care procedures and controls.
  • Resolution of specific customer inquiries and issues related to the bank's products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
