We are seeking a skilled Procurement Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Tailored Resourcing Solution. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth supply of fresh produce to our key retail customers.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar key support supply chain planner role, with exposure to ERP systems. A strong understanding of supply chain processes and a keen eye for detail are essential for this position.

Responsibilities will include administering the set up of new customers or products within our ERP system, setting up purchase orders, coordinating with logistics, and obtaining stock inventory levels from 3rd party packers.

We require a confident and organized individual with excellent IT and numeracy skills, as well as a strong ability to work with all colleagues at all levels positively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the set up of new customers or products within our ERP system
  • Set up purchase orders in the Prophet ERP system for all arrivals
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure sufficient stock is available at all packing sites to fulfill orders
  • Obtain stock inventory levels from 3rd party packers and share with logistics
  • Administer PO's and process works orders in the Prophet ERP system where required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar key support supply chain planner role, with exposure to ERP systems
  • Supply chain experience within fresh produce is essential
  • Attention to detail, with excellent IT and numeracy skills; Microsoft
  • Confident in the use of the Prophet ERP system
  • Confident ability to work with all colleagues at all levels positively

Salary: c£30-35k

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, weekend rota 1 in 3

Location: Kent
