Role Overview

Rullion Limited is a renowned provider of rolling stock solutions, seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist - Supply Chain Coordinator to join their Golders Green depot in London. This exciting opportunity will have you working closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless project delivery.

About the Role

This 6-month contract offers a competitive salary of £21.80 per hour (PAYE) or £63 per hour (Umbrella). You will be required to work Monday to Friday with flexible start times between 7:30 and 9:30 AM. A 7.5-hour shift on Fridays is also part of the role.

Please note that this position is subject to IR35 regulations and requires a strict Zero-Tolerance Drug and Alcohol policy adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate express delivery requests with suppliers to guarantee timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain communication with Morden depot as needed.
  • Track and follow up on deliveries to secure goods availability for company projects.
  • Analyze supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead or participate in initiatives to enhance supplier performance.
  • Provide supply chain insights to support supplier selection processes.
  • Manage purchase requisitions for both internal and external suppliers, ensuring readiness for material planning.
  • Verify accuracy of material planning master data, aligning with stock and logistics requirements.
  • Promote transparency by sharing delivery performance KPIs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Material Planning Management to address underperforming suppliers and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
  • Familiarity with ERPs, Supply Chain concepts, and processes continuous improvement.
  • Desirable skills include SAP experience, Materials Requirements Planning, Supplier Delivery Performance Management, Inventory management & Material Planning techniques, Industrial scheduling, Transport & Distribution, Supply Chain information systems, Data analytics, and Project Management Basics.
