**About the Role:

We are seeking a Night Senior Carer to oversee the care of our residents in a warm and welcoming environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants and supporting the clinical team in delivering quality person-centred care. Your duties will include assessing resident needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.

**Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care.

• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, and care reviews.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet resident needs.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and care coordination.

**Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.

• Experience working in a care setting, preferably with elderly residents.

• Strong leadership and motivational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
