As a Care Team Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the care teams to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor care professionals to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the care sector.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities.
  • Full driving license and means of transport if required within the territory to visit clients.


Estimated Salary: £24,250 per annum.
