Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our youth work team as the Head of Youth Work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving success and implementing creative strategies to connect with young people and staff/volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement youth work programs that promote engagement and empowerment
- Lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality youth services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build partnerships and drive organizational growth
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to inform future strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in youth work leadership or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work strategically and operationally to drive results
- Passion for working with young people and staff/volunteers
