Job Title: Regional Clinical Development Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Regional Clinical Development Nurse. As a key member of our clinical governance team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the improvement of clinical standards and quality of care in our care homes across the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the performance of each care home to ensure it meets the highest clinical standards.
  • Review and analyse clinical governance data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement practical strategies to address any issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the development of clinical staff, including newly qualified nurses, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. You will also need to have experience working in a care home environment and be a confident clinical mentor. Your leadership skills, analytical mind, and ability to share knowledge and build relationships will be essential in delivering impressive results.
