Fashion and Retail Personnel is seeking an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to join its team. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the merchandising department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and implement effective product strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform product decisions.
- Develop and maintain product lines, including creating product specifications and managing inventory levels.
- Present product information and sales data to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in merchandising or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with WSSI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
