About the Role
  • A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC is required to take on this challenging and rewarding position.
  • You must be able to provide excellent customer and patient care, as well as demonstrate strong leadership skills in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality patient care and services, adhering to NHS and private healthcare standards.
  2. Lead and manage your team to achieve business targets and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews and engage with colleagues to foster continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
  4. Collaborate with the Pharmacy Practice Manager to support the achievement of key results areas (KRAs) and drive deliverable metrics.
