HR Business Partner Opportunity

Executive Network Group is seeking a commercially focused HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide strategic, operational, and transformational support to our distribution/warehousing business.

The successful candidate will be based at a site close to Castle Donington and will be responsible for delivering a strategic HR service to the site, engaging with key stakeholders and ensuring the HR service meets the needs of the business.

You will oversee the activities of a site-based HR Advisor and support the strategic aspirations of our Senior Leadership Team. You will also be involved in implementing global projects at a local level, as dictated by Global HQ.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience as an HR Business Partner, with the ability to work on strategic HR projects, including change management, TUPE, and organizational development. You will also need to be able to build proactive relationships with key stakeholders and deal with complex ER cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR support to the site and Senior Leadership Team
  • Oversee the activities of the site-based HR Advisor
