Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at MWH Treatment. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the development and deployment of our people plan, working closely with stakeholders and line managers to build capabilities, plan and manage talent, and drive the people agenda in line with our business and HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stakeholders and line managers to build capabilities, plan and manage talent, and develop/support approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives.
  • Drive the people agenda in line with the business and HR strategy, including talent management and organizational development.
  • Work with the central teams to design and implement key initiatives relating to areas such as talent, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • In partnership with managers, take ownership of implementing the people plan.
  • Coach managers and individuals to achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain positive relationships with the central HR functions.
  • Support the HR service team to manage employee relations issues when required.
  • Take an active role in future talent processes, such as graduate recruitment.
  • Undertake and lead HR project work as identified.
  • Work closely with the L&D team to provide support in the coordination of training and development for managers and their teams.
  • Meet regularly with the HR Director to ensure the consistency and alignment of all HR processes and strategies.
