Regional Account Manager - Solar Storage Solutions

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to join their team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Electrical Wholesalers and Distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Electrical Wholesalers and Distributors
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Assist wholesalers and distributors with customer queries
  • Attend site visits with wholesalers and distributors when required
  • Work closely with the National Account Manager on account development and growth
  • Provide technical support and training to customers
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in either an electrical wholesaler or distributor, Solar or EV batteries
  • Good technical knowledge of solar solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for renewable energy
