Fundraising Events Coordinator

At Leukaemia Care, we're seeking a skilled Fundraising Events Coordinator to support our fundraising team in delivering successful events and activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the fundraising team, ensuring all events are well-organized and executed.

• Monitor fundraising event email inboxes, ensuring prompt responses to supporters and team members.

• Ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness of fundraising event participant database records.

• Organize and store event materials, merchandise, and equipment, monitoring stock levels after use.

• Distribute event fundraising materials, such as clothing, welcome packs, and collection tins.

• Maintain the Leukaemia Care website's fundraising events section, working with the Communications team for updates.

• Add fundraising event opportunities to external websites, ensuring information is accurate.

• Engage with, steward, and thank Leukaemia Care fundraisers through personal interactions, social media, and material creation.

• Attend fundraising events in person, setting up and breaking down materials, and stewarding supporters.

Requirements

• Ability to work across Leukaemia Care's fundraising event activity, providing administrative and operational support.

• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to engage supporters.

• Ability to drive and access to a car.
