Occupational Therapy Assistant

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing occupational therapy interventions to individuals with mental health, personality disorder, learning disabilities, and autistic spectrum disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the assessment of children's functional skills and sensory needs.
- Conduct assessments, maintain current and accurate case notes, and contribute to clinical discussions and management of individual students.
- Support the development and delivery of individualised intervention programmes to help learning and enable meaningful engagement and participation in activities, social interaction, and relationships.
Requirements:
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team and wider team.
- Work under the supervision and guidance of qualified, experienced occupational therapists.
- Have the ability to work independently and creatively utilizing good communication and organizational skills.
