About The Role

Fulfilment Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Training team at the British Red Cross. The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily orders for consumables and equipment, ensuring logs are updated and materials arrive in the correct format
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
  • Provide general customer service and customer care skills, dealing with queries online and on the phone
  • Participate in team meetings and engage with RCT and BRC as a representative of the Fulfilment team

Requirements

  • IT literate with competence in MS office - outlook, word and excel
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative to meet deadlines and targets
  • Experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Proven work experience within a broad administrative role with an understanding of financial processes
