Young Adult Support Coordinator

This is an excellent chance to join our team as a Young Adult Support Coordinator, working closely with our young adult residents to promote their independence and well-being. You will be responsible for conducting staff inductions, supervisions, and ongoing professional development.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent qualification and experience in a similar position. A salary of £30K - £32 per hour will be offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:- Support young adults in transition to independent living, promoting life skills and independence
- Conduct staff inductions, supervisions, and professional development
- Participate in regular sleep-in duties, waking nights, and on-call responsibilities
