About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to join our team at HW People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and optimizing our online presence in the vintage fashion retail space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy and Implementation
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
    • Manage and optimize the ecommerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience
    • Oversee online merchandising, including product listings, pricing, and promotions
  • Digital Marketing
    • Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic
    • Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
    • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to engage customers and drive sales
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor KPIs, analyze customer behavior, and identify areas for improvement
    • Generate regular reports on ecommerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing, creative, customer service, and IT teams to ensure seamless ecommerce operations
    • Collaborate with the events team to integrate online and offline marketing efforts

  • Proven track record of driving ecommerce growth and improving key metrics
  • Strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and web analytics
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and analytics tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
