About the Role

We are seeking a senior analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of data warehouses, with a focus on education and social care datasets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data warehouse construction and experience working with SQL.

This is an internal secondment opportunity for 12 months, and the role is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions) Order 1975. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about data analysis, collation, and presentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with stakeholders, managing projects, and presenting complex datasets in an easy-to-understand way.

As a senior analyst, you will work closely with our Principal Business Intelligence lead to develop data structures and reports for front-line services. If you have experience working with education datasets and relevant experience of inspections, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vital area of our work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop data warehouses and reports for education and social care datasets
  • Work with stakeholders to inform and develop data structures
  • Present complex datasets in an easy-to-understand way
  • Manage projects and collaborate with the Principal Business Intelligence lead
