Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at 2Seck Recruitment Ltd, specializing in Quantity Surveyor & Estimator roles within the Built Environment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in High-End Residential projects with a recognized High-End Residential Main Contractor, Residential Developer, or Main Contractor working in the Residential market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract preparation and ongoing cost analysis
  • Payment arrangement for contractors and work allocation
  • Site visits and fostering client relationships
  • Commercially astute and keen to maximize financial returns
  • Familiar with JCT contracts and strong cost management skills
  • Build rapport and successful relations with suppliers and clients
  • Must have experience with Residential Projects, ideally Super-prime Residential Projects
Requirements
  • Commercially astute and keen to maximize financial returns
  • Familiar with JCT contracts and strong cost management skills
  • Build rapport and successful relations with suppliers and clients
  • Must have experience with Residential Projects, ideally Super-prime Residential Projects
  • Can commute to Virginia Water on a daily basis
What We Offer

A competitive salary up to £75,000 p.a. plus benefit package and a permanent role.
