Job Title: Director

Matchtech is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our infrastructure project management team in Mold. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of infrastructure projects, developing strategic plans to win new business, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of senior engineers, apprentices, and graduates to deliver infrastructure projects with technical excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to win new business and expand client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Welsh Government and NMWTRA on key projects to ensure effective delivery and compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards.
  • Mentor and support team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.
  • Represent Matchtech at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance business development.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in infrastructure project management and delivery.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing and developing teams.
  • Deep technical knowledge within the infrastructure sector, particularly in the HTP environment.
  • Ability to win new work and build robust client relationships.
  • Familiarity with the main industry players and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related discipline.
