We are seeking a highly skilled Resourcing Consultant to join our Resourcing and New Talent team in Human Resources on a permanent basis. The role is based at our head office in Coventry (Severn Trent Centre).
Key Responsibilities- Provide support at each stage of the recruitment process, from briefing through to offer approval, helping to provide an outstanding service to candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
- Write compelling and engaging job adverts in line with our company brand and tone of voice guidelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and making recommendations to hiring managers
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and other key stakeholders
- Candidate focused and process driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with a high level of adaptability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (and the ability to buy/sell up to 5 days per year)
