We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to assist our solicitors in managing a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters. The ideal candidate will provide support in ensuring a smooth transaction process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist solicitors with the management of caseloads from inception to completion.
  • Draft, prepare and review various legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and due diligence, including property searches and the review of title deeds.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and estate agents to facilitate communication and ensure all parties are informed of progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage case files effectively.
  • Handle pre- and post-completion procedures, including the submission of stamp duty land tax forms and registration applications to the Land Registry.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Proficient in the use of case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team player mentality.
