Senior Psychiatrist Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic psychiatrist to lead our team at Baldock Manor. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and leadership to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive treatment service that delivers high-quality care to patients with mental health issues.
- Provide expert advice on psychiatric care and take overall responsibility for a defined caseload of patients.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to foster positive working relationships and ensure effective care delivery.
- Oversee the performance of Consultant Psychiatrists and ensure systems are in place for appraisal and revalidation.
- Represent the business externally and establish working relationships with commissioners, community teams, and other key partners.
- Approved Clinician status
- Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) and in good CPD standing
- Current registration with GMC
- At least five years' experience in an in-patient setting
- Experience of working in a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit and Acute Services
