AI and Data Science Practice Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Development Leader to lead our Data Science and AI Practice in Western Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our Data Science and AI capabilities, working closely with our Global Data Practice team and European Business leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Practice Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive the growth and development of our Data Science and AI Practice in Western Europe.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists and AI engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with client partners to bring AI products and programs to life, working closely with C-level executives to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Support sales and pre-sales activities by assessing data opportunities and creating proposals, working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML/AI and recommend new approaches to drive innovation and growth.
- Education: Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field, or extensive relevant work experience.
- Experience: Strong hands-on background in data science and understanding of AI/ML technologies, with a proven track record in designing and implementing ML/AI solutions.
- Leadership: Proven leader who can drive a Data Science and AI Practice in a large consulting organization, with extensive work history across Data technology and business.
