We are seeking a visionary AI leader with significant experience operating at c-level within large enterprises.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our AI and Data Science efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, ML, and Data Science, with a proven track record of delivering transformational outcomes to enterprise organizations.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Technology Officer to drive the growth of our AI business and support the development of our Data Science team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bridge the gap between business requirements and complex technologies.
  • Identify, assess, and evaluate opportunities for growth and development within target customers and industries.
  • Focus on enabling growth and delivering customer outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Provide transformational thought leadership externally and internally through written content and engaging verbal presentations.
  • Compile propositions and proposals, focusing on long-term value and ensuring work is viable and valuable for customers and Mesh-AI Limited.
  • Act as an escalation point for the customer to resolve issues.
  • Enable engagements to work towards long-term, transformative goals and high-quality outcomes.
  • Hire and develop data science capabilities, lead the community of practice, mentor data science practitioners, and support Mesh-AI Limited colleagues wanting growth in the data science area of expertise.
Requirements
  • Experience working in Professional Services Consulting, selling and delivering transformational outcomes to enterprise organizations.
  • Outstanding domain knowledge in the fields of AI, ML, and Data Science.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to put numbers into a business perspective and simplify complex concepts.
  • A highly collaborative individual with the ability to guide others through complex problems.
  • A solid grounding in enterprise technology, especially how Data, AI, and ML can transform an enterprise organization.
  • Substantial experience of organizational growth, development, transformation, preferably in a fast-moving tech company.
  • Past or current experience in delivery leadership with a focus on enterprise data transformation.
