Join Our Esteemed Paediatric Radiology Team

Great Ormond Street Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Superintendent Radiographer to oversee our General X-ray department. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading institution known for its commitment to excellence in paediatric care.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and enhancing the services provided in the General X-ray unit. Your leadership will be crucial during this period of expansion, which includes the introduction of cutting-edge technology and the development of a new cancer wing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the General/Fluoroscopy/Dental X-ray services
  • Ensure delivery of patient-centered care with exceptional quality
  • Effectively manage and monitor patient waiting lists
  • Provide guidance and support to radiographic personnel
  • Perform clinical imaging tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification
  • HCPC Radiographer Registration
  • Extensive experience in Diagnostic Imaging
  • Background in Paediatric Radiography
  • Understanding of Clinical Governance, Quality Assurance, and relevant Regulations
  • Proven leadership and teaching capabilities
