We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radiographer to join our dynamic team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a Radiographer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality and effective imaging services across various modalities, including adult and paediatric general X-ray, Mobile/Theatre work, A&E Imaging, Interventional Radiology, and Fluoroscopy.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Radiographers, Radiologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure the safe, prompt, and effective imaging of patients.
- Adhere to local and national guidelines, including the Ionising Radiations (Medical Exposure) Regulations – IR(ME)R 2017.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process at the band 3-5 grade.
- Bsc Hons degree in Diagnostic imaging or equivalent.
- Health Professional Council registration.
- Up to date knowledge of imaging techniques.
- Evidence of CPD, including attendance.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Good understanding of National regulations and MHRA safety guidelines.
- Understanding of Clinical Governance and Health and Safety.
- Awareness of new developments in radiography.
