Property Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Team Manager to lead and support a small team of property co-ordinators from our modern offices based in Reigate.

About the Role

As a Property Team Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating property maintenance on behalf of our clients using our subcontractor network. You will also manage a small team of property co-ordinators, ensuring company SLA's and team targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating property maintenance and managing a small team of property co-ordinators.
  • Ensuring company SLA's and team targets are met.
  • Resolving day-to-day problems and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Ensuring team members are motivated and trained in accordance with company procedures.
  • Meeting with clients to gain feedback and resolve problems.
  • Managing and delegating workload amongst the team.
  • Dealing with escalated complaints.
  • Updating and recording information accurately on our CRM system.
  • Regularly reviewing workloads to ensure the team has adequate resources.
Requirements
  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • Property management background and experience managing a small team.
  • Ability to problem solve, remain calm under pressure, and meet service level agreements.
  • Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Enjoy coaching, motivating, and developing individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Build strong business relationships.
  • Confident, positive, and highly customer-focused.
