## Job Title: Head of Lettings

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lettings Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a market leading forward thinking premium brand Estate & Lettings Agent, we offer an outstanding level of customer service and excellent local knowledge.

### Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Residential Lettings, a thorough understanding of Property Management, and a good local knowledge.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, including valuations and listings
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and tenants
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

### Requirements

* Previous experience in Residential Lettings and Property Management
* Strong understanding of Property Management and ARLA regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving license and own car preferred
