Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lettings Manager / Head of Lettings to lead our thriving Lettings Division.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our lettings business, ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering results-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of lettings professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective lettings strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Conduct valuations and listings of residential rental properties to ensure accurate pricing and maximum exposure.
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and reputation.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including ARLA membership and Property Ombudsman registration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential lettings, with a strong track record of sales performance and team management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Knowledge of the local property market, including current trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • ARLA qualified and experienced in property management, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Full UK driving license and own car preferred.
