Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' administrative experience.
  • Education: A-Level or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
