**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Account Manager to join our team at Cosine Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring that our parcel service runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Visit and train service providers in your territory on our parcel service
  • Liaise with decision makers to ensure that all team members are trained in how to use the service
  • Report on faults and troubleshoot where necessary
  • Build and develop relationships with clients to provide excellent customer service and high standards of service
  • Work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to report on client interactions and service performance

**Requirements:**

  • Previous field experience
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
  • Great time management skills
  • Motivated and committed
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with clients
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
