At PHD, we're on a mission to revolutionize the digital media landscape. We're seeking a talented Senior Media Operations Manager to join our team and help us drive innovation and growth.

As a key member of our global programmatic team, you'll be responsible for elevating best practice guidelines in line with econometrics, attribution, and media performance insights. You'll work closely with our Data Solutions Director to land and scale new data products using our client's 1P data in more markets consistently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operationalising enablement programs in market, including Programmatic Supply Path Optimisation, scaling bid optimisation solutions, and developing custom solutions for data-driven sales driving tactics with our global partners.
  • Partnering with internal teams (digital media, data innovation, digital operations, and regional teams) as well as external partners (clients, consultants, contractors, and media partners).
