Marketing Campaign Manager

At Bellrock Property and Facilities Management, we're harnessing technology to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers. As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies.

As a key member of our Sales and Marketing Department, you'll work closely with the Sales Team to ensure marketing activity and sales goals are aligned. With a focus on creating engaging content and multichannel marketing campaigns, you'll be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing them along the buyer journey, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Inbound Marketing Strategies to meet marketing targets and achieve sales growth
  • Create and manage a content calendar that attracts a targeted audience, leveraging technology to automate and optimize content distribution
  • Generate leads through calls-to-action, UX strategies, and lead generation content, utilizing data to inform decision-making
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Content Module to automate customer journeys and remarket effectively
  • Write and develop engaging content for the content calendar, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts
  • Social Media Community Management, including publishing, monitoring, engaging, and community building
  • Collaborate with agencies to create a strong SEO and PPC strategy, driving lead quality and quantity
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand the impact of inbound marketing activity on customer acquisition

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, and PPC management
  • Significant experience using HubSpot to manage marketing campaigns and report on success
  • Experience directing website SEO and SEM initiatives
  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and writing skills
  • Excellent use of technology to work efficiently and effectively
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience defining and executing Inbound Marketing Strategies
  • Social Media Community Management experience for B2B clients
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
