Marketing Campaign Manager

As a key member of our Sales and Marketing Department, you'll work closely with the Sales Team to ensure marketing activity and sales goals are aligned. Your expertise in content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, and PPC management will be instrumental in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to meet marketing targets and achieve sales growth
  • Create and manage a content calendar that attracts a targeted audience, leveraging automation tools to maximize efficiency
  • Generate leads through calls-to-action, UX strategies, and lead generation content, with a focus on converting site traffic into marketing-qualified leads
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Content Module to automate customer journeys and remarket to customers as appropriate
  • Write and develop engaging content for the content calendar, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts
  • Manage social media community engagement, including publishing, monitoring, and community building
  • Collaborate with agencies to create a strong SEO and PPC strategy, driving an increase in lead quality and quantity
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how inbound marketing activity turns into customers and refine the process to convert customers
  • Conduct customer, competitor, and product research to inform marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, and PPC management
  • Significant experience using HubSpot to manage marketing campaigns and report on their success
  • Experience directing website SEO and SEM initiatives
  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and writing skills
  • Excellent use of technology to work efficiently and effectively
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience defining and executing inbound marketing strategies
  • Social media community management experience for B2B clients
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and nurture them into converted customers

Working Arrangements:

We offer flexible working practices, allowing employees to work from home and remotely where possible. This role requires working from the Warrington office two days a week and the rest of the week can be worked from home.
