Job Title: Head of Grounds

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Grounds Maintenance team at Bradfield College.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in grounds management and be able to motivate and manage a team to deliver high-quality surfaces and services.

The College has a beautiful campus set within an area of outstanding natural beauty, and we are looking for someone who can help us maintain and enhance our grounds to support our thriving sports programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Grounds Maintenance team to deliver high-quality services and surfaces.
  • Develop and implement grounds management strategies to enhance the College's campus.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and delivery of grounds-related services.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of College funds.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in grounds management and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team to deliver high-quality services.
  • Knowledge of grounds management principles and practices.
